Cthulhu, Dagon, Hastur... and Yog-Sothoth? I would guess that the one on the far left is a shoggoth, but those aren't Great Old Ones like the other three.

It's just a shoggoth. Yog-Sothoth knows all, so he's not really fun to play with at board game nights amongst the gang.
