I mean no disrespect , but I feel like whole piece would feel much better if the man with the grey-black outfit wasn't there , so that way we would left with only blue outfit dude staring at us.
Just gives the creepy vibes with his stance, his posture and colors to the picture with lively enviroment, unless this is what your intention was at the first place, other then that, lovely work.
