This was a gift for my good friend. She loves little birds, and her favorite bird is the superb fairy wren. Her favorite color is blue, and her favorite fruit is the persimmon. So I drew all three."The males are blue, and the females are a dull brown."
"Same with peacocks, haha. So unfair."
"It's 'cause the guys have to look all sexy and whatnot to attract the females."

Of course I remember Huong. She was one of my crushes, silly! XD I tried to call her Sunday 'cause I was gonna be in Algiers for two days, but I ended up confusing her with Phuong for the third time and called the wrong number. :-P Ah~ I miss her... and you... and Jamie... and Linda... and that one sista who I probably would've ended up hitting it off with by the end of Freshmen year. I never knew her name, but we used to always catch eachother's eye. In Spanish class, she even ended up on my top right and I'd see her turning her head towards me often. I believe her locker was to the left of mine if not two lockers away. Ah~ high school. Good times. I really don't feel like I belong at the school I'm currently attending. It just doesn't feel like home. It sucks that I'll be going to this other school's reunion in a couple of years. It's just... not "home". You know? T~T

Awwwwww >.< And it makes me feel bad that there are people at ben who say they hate the school. I think it's a really nice one. It's very diverse, too. That's not something you can find at many schools. The people here are nerdy and not racist, either

Actually, I had a quick encounter with some Caucasian guy who's face I didn't even bother to look at. We were both walking down the hall in opposite directions, and that bastard shoulder bumped me. >.<" I turned around immediately afterwards, expecting him to do the same, but he just kept walking. I was ready to fight and get expelled. I didn't really care as long as I got to beat his face in. >.> Other than that, I had no issues with other students.

sorry for double-commenting, but the last comment i wrote didn't really explain how awesome i thougt this was.
I've never seen you draw birds before, and I was pleasantly surprized seeing this. You drew the feathers wonderfullly. Sometimes, or a lot of the time i should say, artists work on the feathers a bit too much and the birds end up looking fluffy.
But your birds dont look poofy! so yay! lol
also, you made the eyes look very good. A lot of the time the eyes of birds can end up looking cold and dead, or evil. But you eyes just look adorable.
