This is a bit of an idea I had, if Amy's parents were to appear in a flashback, one-shot or special or something, since Amy mentioned it in the fourth one-shot:

AMALIA: Honey, I've been having a serious think.

JOSEPH: What is it, Amelia?

AMALIA: Well, as part of the noble society, royals more specifically, the younger of my nephews, [insert name of Rob O Hedge's younger brother here], was betrothed to a far off kingdom.

JOSEPH: Hmm... yes, I've been wondering why I haven't had a chance to meet him. It's a real shame.

AMALIA: He wasn't all too happy with said betrothal either. So... I'm asking you, do we really want our child to be in a loveless marriage when they get older?

JOSEPH: No, of course not. Our child deserves true happiness, no matter their status or if they're another type of Mobian. What do you propose we do, my love?

AMALIA: I was thinking that... we become a middle class family, and devote our lives to help those who need it most.

JOSEPH: You know, my dear... I like that idea. I think it would help to teach our child some good responsibilities and respect for those less fortunate.

AMALIA: I agree, Joseph. Oh, and you know, I was also thinking we could help Mobinis who are lost or injured.

JOSEPH: You mean, open a Mobini ranch? That's a wonderful idea, Amelia. We should get some supplies right away. But don't strain yourself too much.

AMALIA: Right, I don't want to hurt our baby...
