GAH!! sorry if this shows up twice!! I needed to delete and repost because it wasn't showing up right, for whatever stupid reason...Anyway...I forgot what I had written in the comments the first time...so, I'll sum it up briefly now:

This is the beginning of a new huge project between me and something like four or five other artists here. And we have begun accepting new members...if you are interested in knowing more about it, please note me, and I will let you in on it. Sooner or later, though, I will be posting information about it in a journal or whatever...
The character you see here is Rune...You MAY have noticed her in a few other artists' galleries. This is the first time I have painted her, and, as her creator, that is sad...I'm too slow for my co-authors... ;n;
Mature content? I dunno....tell me if you think this deserves mature content....please and thank you <3

also when I saw the drawing, I thought you drew my original character May xD they look almost the same, they both have piercing in the same eyebrow, only eye color and bang length is different xD

The lighting effects are fantastic! As well as the mood and composition. Wonderful choice of palette to capture the moon-light night cool rainfall -- I can almost feel the chill in the air.
My only critique is that I feel some of the details could be greater focus or crisper, to draw the eye (sorry pun not intended) by creating contrast in depth of view. The blurriness of the butterflies and bg is already perfect, but her foreground shoulder, hand and face (and perhaps some strands of hair) should be sharper. Some of the rain should also get the blur treatment too to complete the effect.

Rune is drawn well with the luna moths. As for mature content, no I don't think this needs it. She is bleeding, but this is not a gory picture. I like her sad face, very expressive.

Mature content not necessary, love 
The only crit I can give is on the moth in the foreground. It's too "fuzzy;" I realize that you probably intended to keep it out of focus, at being in flight helps the look. As it stands, however, it's too overdone. The moth needs to be sharpened and more defined. The ones in the background could use a little more defining, too, probably, because right now they look rather ghostly.

Hmm...well, yes, it's like you said, I did that on purpose (One, because I was looking to attain that "ghostly" appearance, and two...I can't draw butterflies/moths to save my life) XD
