Two things, first, non canon, second, Hulk was only a little annoyed when fighting Batman, and Batman didn't overpower Hulk, he used a gas, and that was just to make Batman look strong.

Have you watched a single episode of DBZ? Or read a single issue of Β The Incredible Hulk? I love both, so I can vouch for both sides and say, Vegeta is the one that's gonna get the bear cock up the arse! Hulk's strength (Unlike Superman ((POST CRISIS)) IS ACTUALLY UNLIMITED, Vegeta? in the non canon comics Superman fought Hulk at his weakest when Bruce was still mainly in control
when Hulk is in control he casually breaks apart planets with single punches and he has no physical limit

Hulk's strength has limits. Rage has limits. I've seen Hulk KO'ed by far, far weaker than Superman. Even if Hulk were "so pissed he were stronger" than Superman, Superman is smarter, faster, more skilled, can fly, and has far more range of powers that would help him best Hulk.
Hulk fanboys (much like Wolverine fanboys) are insufferable when they pull the "well, he'd just get stronger" card to try and always trump any rational argument.
Are there scenarios where Hulk could win? Sure. If they fought on anotehr planet, I can see Hulk winning. Lock 'em in a small adamantium cage, and I can easily see Hulk win. Anywhere on Planet Earth? Superman wins 9/10 easy.

Well, that second half speaks more to the crappy standards of comics these last 15-25 years, and why I quit actively reading. It's honestly stupid how over -powered and enhanced characters have become (ex: Wolverine regenerating from a skeleton after being nuked like he were Perfect Cell)...it ruins the characters.
Most annoying fanboy fanbases are,in no order
Batman fanboys who think he can beat anyone "cuz he has plans"
Superman fanboys who think he is flawless
Wolverine fanboys who think he can beat anyone and survive anything
Hulk fanboys who say, "well no he'd win cuz, angrier"
Goku fanboys who think....well, hell, they're Goku fanboys. They're the same as superman fanboys, but, dumber.

Maybe as of 2000 something. In the Age of Apocalypse in the 90's, he was missing a hand where Cyclops had blown it off. When Claremont wrote him for 16 years, he nearly died of drowning, stab wounds, exhaustion, etc. Then, no talent hack ass fanboys started writing him like we were Perfect Cell, able to regenerate organs or limbs or return from near vaporization as long as a few spots of tissue remained. It was stupid.

See, I used to be torn on it. When Claremont wrote- and popularized the character- from the 1970's - early 1990's, Wolverine healed, fast, but not instantly...and the ore damage he was taking, the longer it took. A knife would would take minutes...several would take hours. A real bad fight with Sabretooth might take him days or even weeks to fully recover from. Still far faster than a normal human, but not instantaneously. I remember th first time I saw him re-grow an organ after losing an eye. I was like, "What the f*$!??! He's not an amphibian, who can regrown body parts!!" I eventually dealt with it, but when he survived that nuke and was fine again shortly after, well, the character/comics had jumped the shark.
