Can't be. They can't harness all the Color Wisps at the same time. They have to be absorbed by one of them for that.

They both share them. (The white wisps are both in them so, their wisp amount is equal.)

White Wisps don't matter. To perform Final Prism Blast, one must absorb Laser, Drill, Spikes, Rocket, Cube, Hover and Frenzy ALL AT ONCE!!! And the Nega Wisp Armor only has 1 set.
