I don't know who makes these steel horses, but I found another just outside of town in Tijeras, NM at the entrance to the shopping plaza. It is gazing at the mountains from the north side.

Now this picture really, really works for me. I think I saw one view of it in your gallery, the steel horse, but this one, with its depth and vision toward the mountains ("longing") is one I'll definitely buy...depending on what's available for what price, I'm afraid. Right now there are extra familial demands on my income that must be met. If I see it as a 4 X 6 or a postcard, you made a sale. Oh, and a 'fave' too. Great photo.

Thanks. This one is the one I originally wanted to upload but had forgotten where it was. The other was not the best shot. I went looking for this when I read a poem about a knight on a steel horse, and I couldn't resist posting it for the poet to see.
