I wanted to do some like this as soon as i got mario kart >w< which was on X-mas >.>. I really waanna unlock her
I have not unlock Rosalina for mario kart yet 
If some would tell me what is the fastest way to get Rosalina for Mario kart WITHOUT SMG (Caues the video store in my town only has Number 2 oF SMG,idk iF SMG 2 works for it or not

You gotta beat the mirror cup with all star ranks I believe and that's quite a challenge. You're better off getting the original Galaxy from somewhere which is quite an awesome game. But it's totally worth it because Rosa is actually the second best character in the game stats wise (+1 Speed, +1 Handling, +1 Turbo?) compared to Funky Kong who has a +2 Speed Bonus.
