Thank you,there's no filter for that,none that i know of,
it's a technique "over-paint",i basically painted over the
picture,the hair,skin etc.I'm glad you like it~!

To be honest after i work i day or even more at on work,
after getting all the links to credit i get too lazy to write
in the description the story i had in mind when i created the
