Description
Angelica Wilson, a "sweet" little girl and (former) Little Miss Isabella pageant participant. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, and a pink dress.One of Vic's enemies, but in his superhero persona but his real identity. She has a grudge against him for ruining her reputation. She's bent on getting his revenge against him. She doesn't really think of his superhero persona, except when he gets in her way.
She's also Smide's niece. She too is unaware of her uncle's secret criminal connections, but she has one of her own.
