My computer didn't have a spaz-attack this time! ^o^This is my half of the art trade with *madeline-marie of her character, Madeline. I hope you like the wardrobe I gave her, and I'm sorry it's so damn late. x.x
Personally...I love the color job I put into this. It's nice and rich and just the way I like it. I hope to color more like this in the future.
To make the lineart I used *messa 's lineart tutorial, EXCEPT before I did what she did, I auto-leveled the lineart (Image>Adjustments>Auto Levels), and then manually leveled the lineart afterward (Image>Adjustments>Levels...) and ONLY played with the far right toggle. That's how I got the lineart totally black, and then proceeded with *messa 's tutorial.Sparklies brushes were downloaded from angelic-trust.net.
They have LOADS of free brushes. *Grovels to their allmighty brushness.*Oh, and the cat in the background is no particular breed...I just went crazy. XD

GASP. Sooooo~o pretty! I really love her outfit - it's very gypsy-like. And the colors fit perfectly. The kitty in the BG reminds me of a bobcat/lynx mix - the markings are cute. :3

XD I'm 16. XB Well, the day before yesterday was when I finally finished the sketch and inked it, and then I scanned it in and colored the skin... After going to sleep and waking up at 8 AM I worked on it all day yesterday. ^^
