When you design sona's for your family members do you ask what they'd like to be, or is it your own interpretation?

It's my interpretation, but sometimes they ask for certain things. My brother who represents Diesel (formerly Leroy) asked if he could have his motorbike and his bike ramp as markings. My sister who represents Nicerick (formerly Veronica) requested I put her scar on her cat (scar resulting from 2 open heart surgeries). As for the other brother who represents Freckles (formerly Even) he hasn't really asked for anything. He's content with it. My Mom and dad don't care as long as they look nice lol.
