My granddaughter Eliza's 3 and totally adores Tinkerbell & Friends (as well as the Marvel characters which she hasn't mentioned yet for a fleece), she has the box set of 6 (I think) Tinkerbell films and heck knows how many toys lol

Her idea totally......she actually wants 5 blankets done but has only come up with 3 ideas so far and that then means that her 3 brothers then 3 get fleeces each. The ruling I have is what one grandchild has made the others do as well so then there can be no eventual arguements between them all. Loooooong story but 2 of the boys don't live with my daughter π so I do get a bit of a breather between their projects

A lot of projects in the past haven't been simple easy ones.........my mum's given up saying to me "you'll never finish it" on big projects, instead she just says " you're nuts" with a massive grin on her face whilst rolling her eyes π

My mum now just thinks in timescale than anything else with what I do π. Don't know what it'd like over your way but the UK government is trying to get rid of all art/craft classes in schools and have them as after school activities π±π which is down right bloody stupid, teachers aren't happy at all about what the governments trying to do but their hands are tied

Hm I am from the Netherlands, and craft lessons were not really a thing in primary school except simple drawing and maybe some other things for the really young children. During high school it depended on the school you went to, and in the later years it was one of the courses you could choose to follow.Β
Most things I know are learned from my mother or self-taught. Especially the sewing related stuff.

Thinker bell is my favourite Disney character since I was a girl. We call her "Campanilla". Beautiful design!
