Description

Cinder the Fox - 19 - She/They - Chaotic Neutral

Cinder is unaware of who her family is, having been raised by a cult since a young age. The cult taught her how to use a chaotic-infused version of Blaze's Sol magic - referred to as Corr Sol. Unbeknownst to Cinder, they were teaching her - among many others - to control these infused energies to hand them over as offerings to the Black Arms after the failure of Project Shadow. The intent was giving the Black Arms a different way to control the chaos energies found on Mobius. To Cinder's knowledge, this plan has failed.

A GUN raid was conducted on Cinder's home four years ago. She and the rest of her kin were taken back to one of GUN's bases and locked up. The explanation was for their protection, but Cinder became more and more certain there was something darker going on. She never learned what it was GUN intended, but she took her chance and escaped before they could do anything to her. Since then, she travels as a loner following nothing but her own morals. If that means allying with Eggman, she will. If it means allying with Sonic, she will. Regardless of who she's allied with, though, she won't hesitate to attack anyone who gets in her way - robot or organic.

Relations

Sonic - She can get sick of his do-goodiness extremely quickly, but can manage to have a conversation. She has a begrudging respect he can outrun any of her fire spells, refusing to admit to herself she feels some level of relief when he can dodge them.

Eggman - Where Cinder can respect Sonic, she holds little positive feelings for Eggman. If she does team up with him, she makes it very clear to him she is not his slave - and is quick to thwart any attempts he tries on her. Nonetheless, if she agrees with Eggman's motives over Sonic's, she will fight alongside him.

G.U.N. - Cinder can thank them for freeing her, but that's where it ends. She can only guess what they had intended for her and her kin was not good, and would rather avoid them at all costs.

Shadow - The most Cinder knows is that she has some exterior relation to Shadow, she just isn't sure how. Similar to Sonic, she can appreciate him avoiding her fire spells, and she respects his own ability to manipulate Chaos Energy.

The Cult - While Cinder does not know what their intentions were, after being rescued by G.U.N., Cinder has no positive feelings towards her childhood group. Even without knowing if the group is still around or where they are, she knows she would not hesitate to turn against them.

Random Facts

- It is unknown if her fur and eye color are natural, or if they are a side effect of the Chaos Energies having melded into her body.

- Cinder's powers got considerably stronger the first time Blaze and the Sol Emeralds were taken to Mobius, though she was unaware of the cause until much later.

- Cinder sleeps in fires. For the sake of everyone, though, she will only sleep in fires she starts personally - as it gives her the most control over them and allows her to put them out.

  - If she sleeps in a fire she didn't start (normal or otherwise), it will turn green from the Chaos Energy surrounding her, but because it was a fire she did not ignite she will not be able to put it out.

---------------------------------------

So Cinder is actually a character I've been wanting to make for a while, based on some ideas from other characters I had from other franchises. I'm really happy with how her final story came out, and I hope to be able to use her more in the future!

Spinel has the movements of early animation, when everything was a lot more bouncy. The first example I can think of is Who Framed Roger Rabbit. How they handled it was fabulous.
