I can't wait until the next movie comes ouuuut. I've been waiting TOO MANY YEARS to see the sequel.
I'm not usually fond of caricatures. But you captured EVERYTHING that stands out about Hugo! My only suggestion, is to add a visible portion of his ear on the other side. It seems that, if his one ear sticks out so far, the other would too.
Just my two sense. Can't wait to see it finished.
