Description This is a page from a story I did for a book called Working Methods: Comic Creators Detail Their Storytelling and Creative Processes.

The book was the brainchild of John Lowe, a comic book illustrator and professor at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

He approached a bunch of comic book artists who he felt had strong storytelling skills and asked them if they'd be interested in participating in his book. I was lucky enough to be asked, and I thought the premise of the book sounded really cool, so I told him I'd be glad to take part.

For anyone unfamiliar with Work Methods, the basic concept is to compare and study the working methods and creative prosesses of different comic book artists interpreting the same script. It's really a great idea, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in how comic books are created.

Pencils by me, inks by John Lowe.

Wow, thanks so much for all the positive comments! I checked out your gallery, and all I can say is that if you're really only fourteen years old and producing work of that caliber, you've got a great artistic career ahead of you. I especially like your Scorpion stuff. Keep up the good work!
