Yeah... If you search hard enough, some aren't as expensive, but because miku is a popular character, the price is marked up. Save your money and get a specific one while you can though, the makers discontinue them after a few years I think.

Since she's pretty new, I think you have a little while, but the even newer vocaloid pullips will probably be out longer. I'd give the miku pullip a few months until they take her off the shelves, like 6 or 7. but there will be some for sale, but they will be higher price because of discontinue.
