That little figure you have looks likes a nendoroid if it is unfortunately it would be a bootleg or fake produce not licensed by the official company. They still have alot at cons so if your want the official product you need to know what to look for. Is the paint bad and unfinished in places? No official sticker? If you want the real product which is much better quality and licensed try stores like AmiAmi or Crunchyroll. Avoid sites like ebay and amazon if you don't know what to look for.
To put this to short you might have a fake Levi Nendoroid and that means you would be ripped of for bad quality and not the money that its worth.
