Oh gosh, a long time lol. Honestly I don't really know, maybe 6-8 hours? And then I decided to highlight and color scale by scale for most of it. Spent a lot of time zoomed in!

ugh man, I'd get carpel tunnel and some seriously messed up eyes if I had to do scale by scale.

just thinking about it makes my eyes hurt. I'd have to take a break like, every 3 minutes or so |D

WOW LEX, THIS IS GORGEOUS. I love how vibrant the Blood Python is against the cool greens and blues. Did you draw each of those scales individually? ;A; (bc wow, LOVE how they turned out!)

I drew them all, SOB. It was incredibly time consuming, and I probably could have used a brush or texture lol, but I think the end result is worth it. :3 Thank you!!
