Ahh, I finally got around to finishing this. >___>;; The old sheet was getting pretty ollld, so this is mostly to save myself some embarrassment.

Some people might remember this character, but for those who don't, he's one of my large group of Titan A.E. fan-characters.

I'll try to keep his background info short this time... he is the illegitimate son of Melody and the slave master, Johann. Johann tries to have him aborted when he finds out about the pregnancy. Tai protects Melody and takes care of her, and she eventually has Cody. She dies from an infection shortly after, and Tai promises to make sure Cody is taken care of. Johann's wife, Corinne, uses this to take advantage of Tai and eventually Dover, who takes an interest in Cody's care. Since Cody represents a lot of bad memories and trauma to Tai, the two never are especially close. Dover becomes a father figure to Cody and adopts him after they are freed from slavery.

Cody is always very quiet and shy, like his mother. He eventually develops selective mutism; he is relatively chatty around Dover, but completely mute around anyone else, including Dover's wife and daughter. Even though he is smart, he struggles in school, and many find him intimidating because of his shyness. As a teenager, he finds an outlet in music and takes up playing the guitar, eventually joining a band.
