Striking resemblance to some very good modern art. Can't remember who at the top of my head, but I've seen some 20s or 30s paintings and ceramic with just this type of both shape and colors. Very nice and striking.

It reminds me of abstract art. Color and fragmentation make me think of a transformation process. But what strikes me is the tonal variation ... hot and cold.
