Yay, I finally caught the owner of this room !
Meet the traveler mage (actually runaway apprentice of a professional wizard in a faraway town of little significance xD) This guy has chosen his own path and treads at his own risk
He's a natural dimension traveller, as it turns out, so it doesn't take any effort for him to cross boundaries and discover new corners of the world and beyond. He claims there's nothing special about it, but people who know a bit of magic are wary about such skills and keep telling him to use more caution
His other trait that appears natural as well is the way his aura attracts little creatures, fairies and animals alike. Most creatures he meets are friendly towards him. People see him for a strange airheaded guy, so no wonder he sticks to the company of other beings most of the time.
But he has a few friends among humans as well.
And one girl who is particularly friendly* towards him, which he is only starting to realize xD Good luck with that

And the feather gift was a wonderful one, I hope the guy won't lose or damage it (he's careful with important belongings, usually xD)
Also, the lovely stellar puppy belongs to the stellar dog guardian species, created also by Vattukatt , together with Escaron .
They exist in the StardogHaven , and some are still waiting for an owner (look at these newly found ones - I love this mossy fur )

Heh I knew that if the guy I saw first was gay and the girl was bi then there must be a straight guy to be a like a rounding out of a trio, except it's probably a duo, since it seemed to only say the other 2 adventure together, but you showed me all 3 at once, so yeah.
I wish I could make characters like this. The cool thing about his is that he's obviously overflowing with stories to tell, but you don't know what kind. So unlike with a more obvious, explicit character, you don't get an immediate promise of an obvious or clichéd clearly epic story, but you DO get a promise that if you stay for just a moment, you will get quite a story. In fact, THERE'S SO MUCH going on with him here I don't even know what to say! BUT it doesn't feel like there's too much going on at all! It's just like there's overwhelming potential, and it all makes sense to be here.
The contents of his bag are really neat. It's great there's a gift from another artist (so his bag gets gifts too and not just his home 
Now that I've read more I understand why he looks like he's from another place than the other two characters could be from. It feels like he's a wanderer in time almost as well as space.
I found it neat that you show different adornments, but also, even though his hand looks pretty regular, you show his hand detail for some reason. This struck me because I spent a bunch of time recently and spend a bunch in general on things like just how a character's hand is shaped compared to the other characters' hands and real ones, and of course that's because mine are cartoony. This is more realistic, so it's more subtle, but I can see a reason for showing it is still there! 
Man, this guy has quite an air to him. There's so much to say, but I can't articulate any of it properly.

Ah, not quite. Their stories come differently
But that makes sense with my stack of characters to have different types, I guess XD
There's a lot going on in everyday life of these characters. They are part of an RP realm so you can say there are stories about them, and I'm happy to hear it can be seen from my images
And yes, that's a correct guess! Stuff he carries in his world can come from many different places and worlds, and the time is different in those worlds
I have a thing for drawing hands, it's interesting to me to compare them (along with his, I drew hands for all our characters xD) so to me they are part of a portrait, and give some personality. Your approach seems more simplified, but maybe you could think of that? For characters who have specific hands, like strong blacksmiths, or pretty ladies, or musicians
Good to know the shape you describe, skinny but with rough wide fingertips, looks this way, that's what I was aiming for. And yeah I was accentuating the difference between his and Aidan's hands. I haven't include Ti's but I had those too
When you said about compared characters height on other comment, I realized that I did make a hand chart to compare hands of multiple characters in shape and size
It's awesome that you paid so much attention to this guy! He is very odd compared to our other people, and me and Vattukatt are still figuring out the hidden sides of him

I should have more guessed that Ti and Aiden's story was first because it looks like they come from an earlier time, and their story seems much closer to it's beginning, and the traveler looks like he's more separate.
If these are roleplay character that explains why they're so rich and plot-less-but-NOT-plot-less.

Yeah, your guess is right, the traveller dude is a new pal, while Ti and Aidan know each other for quite a while, and the adventuring happened a few years ago.

I'm kinda forever caught between wanting to tease him and just swooning all over the place. He's such a dork, but he's also so goddamn adorable that it's not possible to laugh at him. Whenever I want to, I see his face and I'm like AHAha-awwwwwwww :'<
Kat was like "STRAIGHT! It says straight! HA! Haaaa ha!" She points at Aidan. "And don't you dare say we can't know for sure!" She glares both at Aidan and Ti in turn.
"You don't know what kind of straight that is. It doesn't say." Ches points out.
"There aren't that many straights!" Kat exclaims.
"True," Ches agrees. "Need more straights in the world. Or actually no, I don't really care. Aw but it's alright, I'm sure he's just the right kind of straight." *pats her head*
I sort of squealed just a bit when I noticed you used the cream colored pants x> It's like... my strange planted memory of that, which comes from god knows where, now makes sense :'> Honestly though, there must be a picture of it somewhere...
And his coat is not as long as I thought it was... x'> but I think I always kinda merged his coat and that cape he used to have. I love the texture of his clothes. Honestly. Kinda nice that there's a proper ref for him now. And that you got so involved that you made it. But where are the naked pictures?
Is the quote showing his handwriting? Cause that's much nicer than Kat's ^^'' or well... hers is okay when she's thorough about it, but then she gets excited or restless and then everything just starts to lose shape ^^' I think it's because her hand doesn't keep up with her mind. They say your handwriting says something about you tho... his is kind of elegant and airy. It would suit a journal if he kept one, when traveling. Various scribbles about creatures and places could be in that style.
I love how his favorite colors are like green, yellow, warm red, ocean, rainbow flower, blue...
Also, did he draw the frame himself? ^^ It looks like it wants to be very artistic but didn't have enough time, I love it!
There's probably a hundred more things to say. But to sum it up: This boy is adorable. Ivy is adorable. I love it! I sometimes wish I had someone like him in my life. It would be so... relaxing. But then I wish I had all of your people in my life sometimes (and that would be less relaxing). And I kinda have them. In one way... I'm always happy for that <3

Yes, Kat, you won xD Aidan raises his arms in mock surrender, and says "Alright, have it your way, I don't mind him straight. So little in common..." he mutters.
But he will get used to that guy, I'm sure.
And it's good Kat won't have to become a dude to get to him. Would be so very tricky....
The clothes, as usually happens on my pictures, are example ones. I'm a sloppy designer and just let my guys pick stuff that suits their style, so you don't have to stick to exact refs. But he did need something more solid that those few pics I had.
(There's a reason I felt obliged to draw his ref sheet, actually ^_^ not to leave him without attention. But you'll know soon once I upload the other thing).
And yay to cream pants! For some reason it's hard to pay attention to pants, but once you mentioned those, they fit so well with his character. Tho I'm sure they often end up with grass stains all over the lower legs....
No naked yet, but hey, the more you wait, the more chance something amazing will come up~ okay kidding I'm just lazy xD But maybe Kat will not be happy if his naked pictures are on the net, so it's probably for the best...
His handwriting is fleeting and not very consistent, but he was probably taught to write accurately as a child so it stuck somehow. He also writes with a quill, so it's more demanding.
I'm sure he spills ink on his paper a lot. But this line was probably written more or less accurately (Ti demanded that he tried his best, cause this was to be added to a picture xD).
Kat's style suits her ^^ but she can write very cute letters and greeting cards, when she puts in effort!
Heh, I didn't think about the frame, but you might be right actually! It looks like his drawing style xD too many thoughts, too little effort and time xD and easygoingness.
The people are happy to be loved. And this guy is damn lucky. But we know luck is one of his skills xD
