Simple: it's not there.
I haven't put Chaos Syndrome on my site simply because it's discontinued.
Yet, its essence still flows in MNT Gaiden, my TMNT fan manga. They are different, but theme of reunion is omnipresent in both projects.

Errr, he accidently fell in water near the beach in station square so he caught cold. Same thing for Amy.
The conversation is as follows:
Vector: Hey, Mighty, since when were you so popular with girls?
Mighty: Oh, you mean Amy? We were made for each other. It was love at first sight! She even kissed me!
*Amy emits a dark aura*
Vector: Eh? Where are you going, Espio?
Espio: Rest a little bit.
Espio: Ah... if only there was a miraculous medecine for this cold... I wouldn't be stuck in bed while Knuckles is waiting for us...
Vector: So what are we supposed to do?
Espio: Nothing. Just do whatever you want today and don't worry about me.
*The newspaper says: 'Miraculous pharmacy near Station Square's casino'*
Mighty's making a reference to what happened in the first chapter (Amy mistook him for Sonic and...)
I am really not far in this fan manga. Each chapter takes 20 pages and I am actually in the middle of the third chapter.
I gotta retranslate it and clean up each page if I wanna post it at SonicVerse Team's Sonic fan comic convention.
