The clothing is biolomenescent, so it can glow in the dark. Including her eyes and hat, and the cyan spikes on her tail.When she glows like this, her claws turn from pitch black to a dark neon purple color too. And her hair is white with black tips, as you can probably see even though the quality of the pic isn't really great.
