the picture has a very unique color palette and despite being similar to the background the artist still managed to make the character be the main focus
the characters desing is interesting with some tiny details that really make the character feel more complete, like the design on her chest and the color difference on her face
also, the red used for her eyes makes it more interesting
the fact that the background is still detailed and fits the character so well just makes this a great drawing :3
