Description FireFox sent out a challenge for people to come up with 15 epic moments, memories, and such that they remember from their childhood or moments and such that just stuck out to them in general. I was more than willing to take that one! So, grabing my trusty Windows Paint (>.>, I proceeded to jump around that gosh-darn new fangled internet and gather up my pictures. PLEASE VIEW IN FULL SIZE!

For the record, I own NONE of the characters and media in the pictures. They all belong to either Capcom, Square Enix, Disney, Tim Burton, Akira Toriyama, Nintendo, or who ever else I may have forgotten.

SOOOOOO... Here we go~

1. Hinata's Confession: Yes, I am a Narutard. And an even more notorious NaruHinatard. This moment actually made my spine tingle, and if you're any sort of Naruto fan it made yours too. Naruto is literally getting the shit beat out of him by Pein, and who should come to his rescue? None other than my cute and shy Hinata. The girl knows she's no match for Pein, but she stays to fight anyways in order to try and protect Naruto. And how does she top it all off? By finally saying those words we've been waiting for her to say since... God knows how long.

2. The Death of Aerith: I know there are probably some of you who are rolling your eyes. Well, stop it! Aerith was the first ACTUAL death I saw in an RPG... Of the playable characters. And granted while she wasn't my favorite character in FF7, it was something that literally left my speechless as the first disc ended in such a dramatic way. Nowadays, characters die in games all the time, but none of them were carried out in such a fashion as this.

3. Kefka: A few characters will be getting their own space in the meme. Kefka is the first. This man was completely insane, and even today stands out to me as one of the most dynamic villains in the game. He by no means starts out as main villain material. Kefka seems to be more or less a joke character. However at the end of the first half of the game, shit gets real. While I always suspected Kefka was insane, he manages to snap even more, going as far as to destroy the balance of the world held in place by three mystic statues. How does he top this off? By absorbing their power, becoming a god, and reshaping the face of the entire planet. Fucking epic.

4. The Death of Superman: Except, he really didn't die. But holy shit. It was something jaw dropping to read at the time. I was only about six or seven when I got to read my older brother's copy of the story, a massive graphic novel depicting the entire battle between Superman and Doomsday, but the fact that something was able to beat the living hell out of the Man of Steel in such a manner was unheard of to me, and it's something I'll never forget.

5. Mario and Bowser Kick Ass: Mario and Bowser. The most famous of enemies in gaming. Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars comes along. I was skeptical of how the plumber would do in an RPG game, but then... of all things unseen... Mario and Bowser team up, and start bashing the crap out of the many enemies in their world to save it and the Star Road. Mario and Bowser have been forced to team up several times since this game was released. But for me, nothing will ever be as badass as the first time Bowser launched Mario at a giant, evil sword.

6. "It's over, Wily!": Of course it wasn't. And I'm eternally grateful for that today. However in Mega Man 7, when Mega Man held his charging buster up to Wily and swore that today was his final day, I was completely on the edge of my seat. Clearly, it was meant to be some foreshadowing to the X series. And of course, Mega Man was too much of a goody-goody to do the evil doctor in. But the fact that the thought even crossed his mind was pretty mindblowing at the time.

7. Earth's Final Stand: Sure, they had to wish the planet back from where Buu blew it up. But when Goku gathered up all the energy from Earth to form the most amazing, powerful, and gigantic Spirit Bomb ever, we finally new that DBZ was finally at its end. My first anime series ever, and many kids and teens were glued to the screen for the entire episode. Not many shows can do that the way DBZ did anymore...

8. "I AM THE TERROR, THAT FLAPS IN THE NIGHT!":
Remember the Disney Afternoons? Remember shows like Gummi Bears, Duck Tails, and Bonkers? I sure do. And none of them grabbed my attention as much as the one and only, Darkwing Duck. The cartoon had a lot going for it at the time. It was definitely one of the more darker of the cartoons.(If that's even possible) However, it still remained in the standard we came to expect, humorous, witty, and still heartwarming nonetheless. Darkwing went on to be one of the longest running of the Disney Afternoon cartoons, and it(along with Duck Tails) is still regularly featured in Disney Comics. I don't think my afternoons would have been the same without DW.

9. Princess Jasmine: Jasmine really changed my whole outlook on the Disney princesses. She was beautiful(or down right sexy if you really wanna go that far), intelligent, adventurous, and charming. She honestly went to change what it was at the time to be a princess from Disney. Who couldn't forget when she seduced Jafar to try and buy Aladdin enough time for a distraction? It was something unheard of at the time, and it really pushed the envelope for her to become my favorite of the girls. Mulan would later try to revive this in someway, but Jasmine still stands in my number one spot.

10. Judith: If Jasmine changed the world of princesses for me, then Judith did it for RPG females. She was strong, confident, beautiful, funny, and witty all at the same time. It was something that(to my knowledge) is quite rare to see in female characters in an RPG. Most seem to only get one or two qualities, while sacrificing something else in the process. Judith showed the world that it was possible to be a badass without being emotionless, bitchy, or a moody emo, and possible to be a girl in an RPG without being weak and needing constant saving.

11. "Be Our Guest!:" To this day, this moment in Beauty and the Beast stands out as one of the greatest animated moments of all time. The singing and voicing was amazing. The scenery was colorful and jaw-droppingly stunning. The animation was simply breath-taking. It's something you don't get to see much of anymore since the world of animation is now all computer, and I would love to see it return to something as stunning as this once more.

12. "The Nightmare Before Christmas:" I was only five when I first saw this movie. I've loved it ever since. This movie is responsible for my love anything Tim Burton, and is always the first movie/special I watch when the holidays roll around. This movie showed that claymation should still have a place in our world today, and that it is possible to look good as opposed to some of the more(IMO) medicore work such as Chicken Run and Flushed Away which I don't think hold a candle to the visuals and animation in this movie.

13. "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory:" We've seen the movies, but nothing beats the book. While both have borrowed and been some what faithful to the book, if you still want the full experience, you gotta read it. I first read the book back in eighth grade, and immediately went to add it to my library afterwards.

14. Ultimate Shipping: Tales of Symphonia had a lot going for it. But, I think my favorite aspect of the game involved interacting with the characters. Depending on the choices you made, the characters would start developing feelings(or friendship if a male) for Lloyd. Knowing this, you could play the entire game through following the choices needed to make that one character you adore to be Lloyd's soulmate/best friend. ToS2 continued this by allowing you to choose just which character you had paired Lloyd with from the first game. It was a cool feature, and has sparked some some of the most debated pairings in gaming history. Something I think definitely needs to come back in RPGs. F.Y.I, LloydxSheena was mine.

15. Back to the Roots: The only real downpoint in Mega Man's career was the fact that there was over ten years between Mega Man 8 and a new game in the original series. Thus, comes Mega Man 9. The game was one of my most anticipated titles since Mega Man 8 came out. Not only did Capcom deliver, but they took the Blue Bomber and put him back into his roots. Snappy tunes, challenging gameplay, and 8-bit goodness? What else could one possibly need?! I know! Proto Man! Oh wait, they did that too. SOLD. Mega Man 9 showed the world that you don't need to have state-of-the-art-graphics, dynamic story, and voice acting to be an amazing game.
