No, it doesn't. It is obvious to choose these position - just because of the size difference ... the similarity you see probably is justified only from this fact - in my opinion. And well, yeah Korra's standing on the right side .... but it's sad that you didn't say a word about the picture itself - which is in my opinion a really great work and a good interpretation of this relationship! I understand that you need to be careful nowadays... but take a look at her gallery and... think about it

Right, but Im not commenting on any other work, just this one single piece that not only the position of the characters but the lighting and coloring scheme follow very closely. But if it makes you happy then yes the other works are awesome and quite enjoyable. I just find this similar to my piece, and the fact that the timing is right after I posted mine on the groups this just appeared on. While I like this picture, I find it to close to comfort.
Maybe great minds think alike?

So do you still believe that "your" idea was in any way so original that other people need more than 2 seconds to get a similar idea? And the color sheme is similar? Guess what....polar....bear....dog....? Water...tribe? Blue? White? Obvious?
And honestly...it's not that you produced such an high-end masterpiece that copying it would be worth the trouble. As stated before it's simply the most obvious pose you would select for the two. And the most obvious color sheme as well.

I apologies if I seem to be coming off mean in any form. I understand that our language barrier may be an issue. I just wanted this cleared up, you can understand my issue seeing as to what I have stated. But if you can vouch for her I will take your word.
I never once stated it was a original idea. You can go across any fandom and see a similar idea (Pokemon, marley and me ect ect ect). I was more referring to the positioning of the characters, the choice as to where they were cropped in the picture. The exact lighting choice and color choice, and for once instance that it had been up up just a few days exactly after I had just put mine up under the same exact groups (you can then understand this looks very fishy to me). As I stated it was to close to comfort for me, again I apologies for any ill feelings you may have gathered from this.
You state that theres a difference between being careful and paranoid. Then I apologies if I happen to see some very close similarities to what I had produced and what was done here and simply wanted to protect against what I felt might have occurred.

Yes, Dalkur's right.. I understand what you mean, but nevertheless... just read what Dalkur said. He just checked your points: The lightning, the color ... his examples show very well how similiar they all look like. And well, this has nothing to do with a language barrier - I think Dalkur understands you very well, and so am I. Just as Dalkur said: They ALL look very similiar.
But, well.... I think its okay now, hope you understand...

Thyria belongs to her family, just like she belongs to mine-so yes, in a way we have something to do with the picture as well. I for my part won't just keep my mouth shut when you accuse my little sister of something I know she didn't do.

Get over yourself - the idea isn't that unique. One could as well asume that you just ripped one of the pieces above, they are all very similar. I understand that noone wants his works copied but there's a difference between being careful and being paranoid.
