Woa, 2 deviations in less than 3 days, I'm on a roll
This turned out quite nicely imo. I used heavy lineart this time, and axtually blocked in the colors before shadding, that helped a bunch Somehow libra took an asian-y turn, ah well 
I really liked the hairstyle, I'll prolly put it on one of my own character someday. It was hard to think of a design for Libra, mostly cuz it's too straightfoward and doesn't leave room for new ideas. So I came up with this, hope it's original enough

I'm a libra myself, and usually when I see libra pictures I dread another scale, or something like that.
But this..
I love how you took the scale and made it your own, took it in a different direction. The outfit and hair look nice as well.
