After witnessing the death of the Ne Enke bearer, Watari Kenji (Enke Purple) inherits its power (since once an Enke Bearer dies, his Enke goes to the one he sees last). After having all the team rescue him from prison he is handed with the BeatGun. He then finally gives the RaiPhone to his sister to become Enke Orange.

Kenji has both the power of Sound, with the Ne Enke, and Thunder, with the Rai Enke. His Enke Waza is the "Sound Crush", where he creates a trapping sound bubble that crushes the enemy inside.
