Edit (4/10/11): Holy balls! Uh, wow. So, if you search google images for "Chrono Cross," this deviation is, like, the 11th result listed. That would explain why this has so many more views than all my other deviations. Da~yum.

Edit (7/1/07): I've updated a few of them (Doc, Fargo, Funguy, Glenn, Greco, Grobyc, Guile, Harle, Irenes, Janice, Luccia, Radius, and Van). I would now like to add Glenn and Harle to the list of ones that I uber love with all my heart. I'll finish the rest when I get around to it.

I've been on a Chrono kick lately. I've been replaying Chrono Trigger these past few weeks and wanted to do something. I thought, "Hey! Make sprites!" And then I thought, "Whoops, it's already sprite based..." In fact Marle is where I base most of my poses from (which I've stated before). So I decided to do the next best thing: make sprites from the non-pixelated sequel, Chrono Cross! Whee!

This took forever! I did all forty-six of the playable characters. That's right: 46. Count them. They're in alphabetical order, but I'll list 'em for you anyway (because that's what I do).

Row 1: Doc, Draggy, Fargo, Funguy, Glenn, Greco, Grobyc, Guile, Harle, Irenes, Janice, Karsh, Kid, Korcha, Leah
Row 2: Leena, Luccia, Lynx, Macha, Marcy, Mel, Miki, Mojo, NeoFio, Nikki, Norris, Orcha, Orlha, Pierre, Pip
Row 3: Poshul, Radius, Razzly, Riddel, Serge, Skelly, Sneff, Sprigg, Starky, Steena, Turnip, Van, Viper, Zappa, Zoah

Ones I uber love with all my heart and soul? Irenes, Starky, Steena, & Zappa. Ones I'm not so fond of? Harle, Korcha, Lynx, & Van. Most of the rest I think are well done regardless or whether or not I'm in love with them. And just so no one thinks I put all the work into my favorite characters, I'll tell you up front that Irenes and Steena do not immediately come to mind when I think of my favs, but Harle and Van do. Also Starky, Kid, Fargo, and Glenn, but they are not outstanding. Anyhow...

Wanna know exactly how much work I put into this? The person who is supposed to be tallest is the tallest, as is the shortest, and people who are the same height, like Kid and Leena (who both stand 5'5'', just like me) are. Did I drive myself crazy? No, but only because I've been completely insane for much longer than I worked on this project.
