Description Page 111...

To the Ocarina of Time fans... you already know what inspired this. Remember when Link was in Gerudo Valley with Epona and to get to the other side of the valley, you needed to jump over it with Epona. It looked so awesome. LOL... this wasn't part of the original storyboard, but I added this just to see the look in Wario and Waluigi's face when they try to catch up with Link in the car. The funniest part about this whole thing is that Link doesn't even have a clue that he's being followed by the duo. And then Waluigi flips his lid and Wario is so upset. Any fan of Mario Kart would probably be able to figure out what Waluigi's referring to in the fourth panel. No inclines to help them jump over the valley, nor are there boosters to help increase speed. And in case they fall, a Lakitu Brother can't pull them up. And I suppose it's obvious that they have no super mushrooms, power stars, or anything to help give their car a boost. In a nutshell, they have to figure out another way to catch up to Link.

Also note how Waluigi called Link a "ROTTEN CHEATING KID". That was referenced because one of Waluigi's most well-known personality traits is cheating in order to win. Waluigi does not like playing fair... and to see him call Link a cheater creates a bit of some irony. And the fact that Wario doesn't want to give up chasing Link proves how greedy he is for whatever fortunes Link may possess. And throughout all of this, Link has no idea that he's being followed... nor does he have any idea that he's outwitting the duo.

The next scene I do now will be the closing scene of Part 2 and afterwards, it will be finally time for Part 3. Personally, I can't wait to get to it. So far, I have the Part 2's final scene sketched out. All I have to do now is shade them up and upload them. Hope you guys are ready

Wow...how you manage to crunch out one of these everyday (sometimes more then 1 a day) never ceases to amaze me o.o I wish I could draw well enough to do something like that. I also wonder how you do it...I'm also understanding that a normal manga artist (or at least Ken Akamatsu who does Negima) manages to put out a whole chapter a week...which is usually around 16 pages...that's like...2 a day o.o Honestly, I have no clue how people do it. I can't even draw one thing a day XD

Well, this comic is a pretty big project. It's going to be at least 200 pages. And since it's summer time, it's the best time to draw up a lot of pages before I go back to college. By then, I won't be able to update like I am now. So in order for me to do as many pages as possible, I just plan out the day carefully to where I can at least finish one page. It takes dedication, patience, and a good amount of inspiration to keep up at a pace like this.

But you know, all the hard work is paying off, because even though I have only been on dA for about 3 months, people like my work. I'm glad that you're enjoying it as well. It really means a lot to me. Thanks very much.
