This is an extended scene from one of my class assignments
It is a generic scene of the kantian "sublime". A character is witness to an awe inspiring landscape. etc

but its a goodin, technically I think one of my most profficient.
and my largest, at one stage it neared 1gb file size and was 10,000 pixels wide.
One of the best resources I have laid my hands on, "The Digital Matte Painting Hand Book" by David Mattingly is just wonderfull, comes with demo material, resource files including a lot of stock photography, to which I have some selected shots in here, castle textures for the kingdom in the sky. The building to the right is all my own personal collection.

Great exercise, hope you all appreciate the work .
