This was a picture of Meroe as something good, someone who's saving the planets...now we've got a Meroe who's destroying everything. D:
Why this?
When draws her character he looks nice and cute but on other pics evil and like a monster.
This represents the topic of the contest quite much: Light and Shadow
This picture here shows Meroes dark side but also the peaceful, light, planet in the background.
And this is one hell of a busy picture. It's one of my biggest, image size!, pictures so far. XD

And I apparently can't create good sentences today. XD *headdesk* I'm so incredible tired since days... ;_; I'm nearly falling asleep EVERYDAMN DAY...and it hurts so much to try to stay awake. I already tried going to bed earlier - no change. *sighs*

Thank you so much for entering my contest! Awesome concept, I like that you tied it into the earlier piece. Meroe's duality is what makes him one of my favorite characters. It's cool how the fire/light is sweeping out of his mouth and eyes to devour the world. Oooh, I got chills! His anatomy has some flaws in it, like his snout length, paw size, and tail size, but I live the spiky/feathery look to his hair, and I love his cute pawpads. This piece has a metallic feel to it, too, like a holographic trading card, accenting Meroe's metal parts and the destruction he is causing. Great work!

Wow! Great interpretation of Meroe! (I'm *meroe1313 's sister, I know the characters well). I like how you've done pics of both sides of Meroe. The amount of crazy shadows, must've taken a long time! I almost thought it was a fractal with Meroe added in!

Hmm...also wenn man mal davon ausgeht das JEDES einzelne Fractal zu rendern 1-2 Stunden gebraucht hat...lange.
MΓΌssten so etwa 6 verschiedene Fractals sein...

I love how the WHOOSSH motion appears to lead to his tail, as well as coming from his mouth, if you get me. It gives the eye a nice flow of motion.
Wonderful shapes to the muzzle as well. I really like the detail in those teeth!
