Unfortunetly no.  To make this going to work you need to render one image then move the camera slightly right and render it another time.
The two images need to be loaded into photoshop/Gimp as two different layers. #1 layer first image and #2 layer 2nd image.
#1 needs to be colored blue/green by e.g. deleting the red and blue color channel information and #2 needs to be red, so delete the green and blue color channel info.
Finally select layer #1 and turn the layer mode to screen. Enjoy
