Oh snap! XD Very hard core. I feel where you're coming from in this pic. The venting expression and cutting loose with the machine gun is a classic. ^^
I love that night time look where the firing of the gun is the only light source anyone will ever see, before permanent darkness claims them. I recognize the German machine gun. Can't remember the actual name, but it was known to be really formidable during WW2. The worst place to be in a battle field is on the business end of these machine guns. Even worst if there was two of these flanking you into a cross fire. That would be one of the most devastating tactic they could possibly have devised. Don't know if they have before, but if they did, it would be a very effective tactic especially on the beach front, using gun nests. But that's just my personal theory. Anyway, overall this is a really cool and classic pic. ^^

I finally looked it up, it's either an MG 34 or an MG42, also known as "Hitler's Buzzsaw" Because of it's incredibly high rate of fire. It's firing rate is up to 1200 rounds per minute, we wouldn't be able to hear every shots fired. That's crazy. XD And it's also considered as the best machine gun ever. That's pretty interesting. ^^

Mg42, and yes that's correct. Also known as the zippergun because of the sound it makes. Thing's a beast! We got to fire one at our reenactment event. Tha powahhhh
