One of my favorite bosses from Naxxramas of World of WarCraft, aside from the Ashbringer. And I just now realized that he had a mustache and goatee. CRAP. So I shall have to redo in the future.

He is holding his own frozen heart. ^_^ He had given himself to Kel'Thuzad, turning against his own kind for power. Kel'Thuzad then froze Noth's heart and when you kill him you can get an item called "Noth's Frigid Heart".
