Good portrait, it seems to be able to capture something about the person itself and really has nice mood.

Perhaps I would have aimed a bit lower with the composition, to get the whole guitar in the frame and also get some of the empty space off that the image has at the top of the frame.

Also the face is a bit burned out, nothing major, just a small detai.
