Wow its hard to believe its been almost a year since the last one. Looking at both of them makes me cringe now. I hope to improve even more in the future! (You should totally critique this!)
I really enjoyed working on this piece. I have been a bit stuck when coming up with things to draw recently, so I decided to do a redo of something. I tried to make this much darker than the ones before. I hope my anatomy has improved too! (Though Bluestars backlegs do look a bit too dog like) I am also trying to find a different way to draw ghost/starclan cats. It was very challenging, and took a lot of thought. I chose not to include Mosskit's sibling this time, they just seemed to clutter the pieceΒ too much.
I hope you guys like it though, it is good to get back into drawing warriors, something I should do more.
And the next piece I post with also be like a redo, but more like a "Remastered" piece

First off, I am very, very impressed with this piece! Let's start off with the good. The lighting is what mainly caught my eye, and the colors are very, very beautiful. I can tell that you worked very hard on it, and I love the visuals you used - mainly the ghosts behind her and how they seem to shine. Snowkit is drawn amazingly well, and you can practically feel the emotion and cold coming from this picture. I cannot get over the colors you used, they are just so pretty.
The only reason it got a three-star on originality is because this is a commonly drawn piece. That isn't really your fault, but I thought that I would be honest nonetheless. The only critique that I really have would be the anatomy. Style and realism are very hard to balance, and you have done a good job. However, Bluestar's figure looks a bit too muscular, and it almost looks like you were referencing a lion instead of a house cat. I'd recommend studying cats and their anatomy a little bit more.
However, that is a minor complaint at best. This piece is very, very well done, and I am very impressed! Good job! Keep it up!

i like this peice alot because i watched youth by euca and other people so i would give this artist five stars and i added it do my favorites. i would like to draw this my self but i don't want to copy right so i would make a little changes to mine. i make a lot of art but i can not post it because it is blocked for me so i just do journel entries and tell my art tistic life story. i like all the art ths person did and it all looks awesome! keep doing more! XD CX

Omg, poor Mosskit! I love the detail on this work and how detailed Bluestar is. This value on the piece is quite amazing and the scenery is really perfect Β for this death scene! Great work!

Ahhh I love this! I can feel Bluefur/star's pain, but what I personally don't really like is the lack of background, like as of the trees, or dead bushes, or the clouds, since it is snowing. I would add clouds, or a few dead bushes or some paw prints.
