It is sooo good but I think you just did alittle bit to dark the left side of the lip

Great job in capturing his likeness.
Try removing, in photoshop, that strand of hair behind his ear to see if it looks better, i know it was in the photo but i think it might be a distraction.
Also good job on the wrinkles, pushed them just enough.
