Although the rounded feature of your dragon may help it to seem more friendly, it shows a great lack of anatomical understanding.Β Dragon's don't exist, as far as I know, so there anatomy is up to you to interpret; yet, in our global collective consciousness, we have decided that they look a lot like lizards.
Buy/download a book or DVD on animal anatomy that focuses on lizards and birds, but also a DVD on how to draw Dinosaurs.Β Β You may want to look up lizard anatomy for something like an iguanas, and bearded dragons for some inspiration, and as birds are supposed to have evolved from lizards, try to get a deep understanding of a birds anatomy, like the parrot, or a jay bird.
Once you have a better understanding of how a bird and an Iguana works, or just how to draw a T-rex, trust me when I say, that you will understand how to draw dragons much better.
Your stuff is in the cute spectrum; yet, learning some basic animal anatomy, and how to draw animals in general, could make your work much cuter.

You are only giving critic against my anatomy, but you aren't saying what is wrong.
Please don't just say that stuff is bad without giving reasons for why it is so.
(You can be a little more specific about what is wrong, or is everything wrong?)

The reason I didn't mention specifics is because, although it's cute, there is a lot that needs to be fixed; the eye socket placement, and the lack of structure with regard to the ridge of the forehead,Β are just a couple examples.Β The way you are drawing things, makes it feels as though the object is bit warped and that the features of the face are out of perspective with each other.
I am not saying that it's bad, I am just suggesting you learn some animal anatomy.Β Learning how to draw animals, their bones, and their surface anatomy, will really help you.Β Not a bad start and am sure with time you will get better.
I would suggest you watch a couple videos on how to draw dinosaurs, and then how to draw animals.Β If you watch the video, and then try to draw along with the videos, you will learn a great amount.

To summarise: "There is no specific way to make it; I'm not used to how you made it"
And why not let the artist make their design how they want how to make it? Did he say he wanted to go for the common anatomy that people usually go for?
