Poke-fanclub was holding an art trade sort of thing, so this is my entry for lutrasilvereyeThe theme was around the world, but I live in America so.. I wasn't sure what to draw, but it sure was rainy in my area around the time I was drawing this... so why not.
Yes that's a leaf umbrella. No I don't know how to draw rain (much less rain bouncing off some surface) but I tried it anyway. Perhaps a reference would've helped next time, hm?
Some parts came out a little odd, I know... Ampharos looks like it's eating its hand
