i have a COLD, its groggy outside and my head is also kinda groggy.sakura from ccs!!!!! cause i was watching that instead of being at school >:3c
i actually wanted this pic to look like this , however as i was coloring, i handled the colors in a way that none of sai's layer modes made it look as neat as the usagi pic. without all the rainbows this picture looks like this , which you cant see since there isnt really an overlay

thanks so much!!!!!! for the non-rainbow version i did have a reference (its one of the last ones), but for the rainbow i kinda eyeballed the colors. i meant to make them random rainbow-y but then decided which ones work best in which areas
