You could shrink a copy of it for DA. You'd need a 50 x 50 pixel art for that

With photoshop, just shrink and crop as you need. Just when shrinking, choose your options wisely, as there are different options when shrinking/enlarging whether or not it leans on sharper or fuzzier.
