Aparently when playing Animal Crossing you shouldn't "reset" the game. Otherwise you will be greeted with a friendly little mole by the likes of this. He will then commence screaming at you for resetting the game, hence the name "Resetti". I came across this guy yesterday when I felt like going back to my old town after 8 months of not playing.
