She's adorable! Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but life has been crazy... I think it works better without the leggings, it's less busy... and maybe some highlights in the hair? But overall I LOVE it!!!

Not bad overall. I think the calves are a little too bulky for a girl and I like the tights. The face seems a bit boyish though. Still a really good job though.

I think the chin is a tad too flat for for a female's face (unless it's a guy in drag. Then that would be hilarious AND perfect) If you rounded it off more, there would be a more feminine look. Her shoe on left-most picture should be in front of the heel of her adjacent foot, based from her angle in the other pictures.
That being said, the rest is great. The style is perfect for comedic, cartoon animations. I like the coloring scheme too. :] You'll do good.

The tights might work better as socks if you want to keep them in, otherwise I think the character looks better without. The bust looks a little uneven - one boob is bigger than the other.
Otherwise, this is a nifty character.

I think I do like the tights. They go with the rainbow on her shirt.
Something seems strange about her boobs, though. Her left one is almost square and seems to have no gravity, and I think her right one is a shade too high.

Very unique style! That's a good thing. It will set you apart from other artists. Maybe a little bit more curve in the hips? She looks a bit like a little kid with her body type, but that wouldn't be too hard to fix.

This cartoon is really cute. She has a crossover feel of punk and preppy. I especially like the big eyes. The barrette is a cute touch. And I think she looks best with socks. Great work!
