Second of the 'Friends Forever After' series.

This one is for my friend Dayna. I've known her for some time now, but most of it has been spent away from her since I moved from that town. In the past I can remember doing really stupid shit... I guess I hurt her through my own fault when we were (a lot) younger. We've since mutually made up and she's remained an integral part of my 'inner circle'. I definitely love her - what kind of love, I dunno - but that's the only way I know how to describe what I feel for her. This is one of the ways I'd like to give back to her for being there while I licked my wounds and needed someone to talk to. I'm a guy who won't let myself be pushed around by people, but she's one of the people I would bend over backwards for and do whatever I can for. As evidenced by her sitting on top of me, which would elicit a swift punch to the face to most anyone else, courtesy of yours truly.

On the drawing itself - my god, drawing myself lying down in the perspective was a total bitch. I had to lie down myself (in real life, that is) with a mirror to see it properly (which didn't really work, really awkward). But once that was sketched out the rest of it fell right into place. I decided to add a little bit of color to reflect reality - my hair is blue in the front and I saw that, when I visited her earlier during the winter break, hers is pink. I think it works!
