Your best coloring, too bad you didnt finish it... yet.

Thank you. Well I fear I won't finish it; at least I will not make any promisses. As my working "routine" has (d)evolved into plain anarchy, it might take months until I see this picture opened in Photoshop another time.

Seeing your work in progress makes it all the more impressive. All the muscle groups were done without a sketch undearneath? or is that just part of the work in progress nature of the picture?

Thanks. Well if you're interested, feel free to compare to this (linked to the workspace with just color layers disabled). As you can see, I just colored beneath the outline layer. It might blend quite well because the outline layers are at 80% opacity.
And the outline layers are in fact the sketch, just cleaned up; at a certain point I came to the conclusion, that it's just quicker to make outlines out of the sketch by cleaning it up instead of doing them separately.

As I'm interested in coloring work I really do get the concept far too well. It's harder for me to go that extra mile since I don't draw pictures, but I can really see how if you need to re-draw something you can clean it up with the tools in photoshop. (My usual way for dirty pencils being to use the smudge tool to trace)
Thank you for showing me that, it gives me some great insight into how to work on my colors.

I'm not sure, but doesn't Rob Zombie draw too? I know he's musician, but I think there's something else he did/does, art-wise. I'm sure it's drawing/painting.

Nope, you're completely off. he draws marvel Super Heroes (like Captain America) with a similar body type.
