Haven't done fanart in ages, so I figured I'd make one for the well-deserving comic Skin Deep. ( [link] )

In case you haven't checked it out, you totally should. It's a comic about a group of people, many of whom are actually mythic creatures of lore who can disguise themselves as humans thanks to magic medallions. They live their lives pretty much like anyone would, only with occasional unexpected complications.

Michelle is one such character who stumbles into such unexpected complications when (upon receiving a medallion from a mysterious stranger) she discovers that although she was born as a human, she is actually a grecian sphinx. In her case, complications include: spontanious floofiness, learning how to fly, figuring out what the heck sort of magical abilities sphinxes have, and continuing classes as normal at her college. Good thing she's got friends to help her along the way!

Though this picture is obviously not of her in her college years! This is from a dream-sequence flavored moment in the comic. I'm not gonna say any more, it's better just to read it yourself.
