More Bottled, just to prove I'm still alive and painting!
I'm swamped by some institutional illustration work at the moment, as well as my full-time job as a graphic designer. Pretty much working two full-time jobs right now and through July, but hey! Money is a good thing.

I'm glad you at least have art jobs. I worked full time editor and full time teacher side by side, and...that didn't last long.

It is nice to be doing something creative as a day job - I think that a lot of the stuff I've been learning from working as a designer has been making me a better illustrator, too.
Two full-time work schedules can really drag you down hard, though.

I know what you mean. I think that crunches like that one are teaching me to balance better - and the merits of turning down some work (or at least letting people know that my immediate schedule doesn't have an availability for more time crunch work...).

I still need to figure out how I'm publishing, since Lulu had really bad mistakes in my samples both times (a random completely orange page and black streaks on the redo). May end up self-publishing, or even shopping it around...
